2 Page Monthly Calendar – there are 2 sections for each day so you can plan personal and school, work and school ect.
Weekly schedule portrait/binder style – print one page for each subject or use one page for all subjects

7 days of the week covers and spines – if you prefer to organise your binders by day instead of by subject
Grades record – for up to 6 subjects, record your grades for each assessment item as well as your goal grade and then final grade. It’s a good way to track your progress and highlight areas of improvement. You can also record your overall Grade Point Average. I recommend printing one per term/semester.
Spending Record – your parents might use this more than you. Great for keeping track of spending on anything school related before transferring into your monthly budget.
Student budget – Set a budget for school-related expenses and record how much you actually spent. Make note if you earn any ‘income’ from scholarships or tax deductions, then deduct all school related expenses. You can transfer the total to monthly budget available here. You can use this for any time period you like. You add your own titles to the 2 columns. Suggested titles are student names or Semester 1, Semester 2 ect.
Weekly Student Schedule (3 versions for 4, 5 or 6 subjects or, for example, 5 subjects and one extracurricular). Note: You will need to write your classes in by hand, editable side writing is not possible on the PDF.
Outfit Planner – Plan what clothes, shoes and accessories you’ll wear each day. Use the notes section to record things such as ‘need to wash sports socks to wear again on Friday’
Semester plan – use for all your subjects (I recommend using different coloured pens) or print one per subject. Jot down each week’s topic and/or chapters covered, as well as assessment items due each week. Handy for planning your end of semester study and for mapping out when tasks for groupwork need to be completed.
Student Weekly Planner v2 – record homework for each class, record when completed and space to note each days after school activities or study plans
Group project planner – braintstorm ideas, determine meeting times, allocate tasks and due dates, record contact details of each team member and when they are available if, for example, meetings need to be rescheduled. Can be used for assignments or extracurricular projects.
Landscape weekly planner. Plenty of space to plan all 7 days of the week
